Yokohama Trading International Terms and Conditions

1.   All Vehicles are listed in our site are reconditioned and we sold under As It Is Condition.

2.    All purchase must be paid in advance 100% by TT (Telegraphic Transfer).Additional charge for TT must provide by the customer.

3.    At the time of TT you must provide Invoice number and Car ID number.

4.    Prices may vary according to the current Yen/USD exchange rate.

5.    All vehicles are available on first come first serve basis.

6.    If more than one customer is interested in same vehicle then the vehicle will be sold to the customer who pays first.

7.    If customers payment is reaches us late and the vehicle is sold out then we will try to arrange a similar vehicle with same specification based on the availability or we will refund your money in the same account from where you send us.

8.    For documentation you must provide us the following information. We are not liable if shipment is delayed for providing us wrong information.

i.              Consignee Name.

ii.            Consignee Address.

iii.           DHL Address.

iv.           Full Contact information such as Contact No. ,Fax No.

v.            If Consignee and Notification party are different then please inform us earlier.

9.    If there is any major or minor problem in our vehicle we declare it because we want to clear to our customer.

10.  We do not provide any warranty on Japanese used cars.

11.  We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the vehicle and /or after it has reached to the destination pot and on ship.

12.  We are not liable for some minor and invisible  interior or exterior damages such as cigarette burns, cuts, tiny  dents, small rust etc and any consumable parts like oil, fuel, air conditioning gas etc.

13.  Vehicle once confirmed cannot be cancelled without incurring a cancellation charge of 20% of the total amount if the vehicle is not already shipped.

14.  We arrange any kind of Japanese reconditioned vehicle upon your special request. For that we require advanced deposit and its is refundable if we unable to buy within 30 working days from receiving the deposit.

15.  For mileage we provide the information we received from auction data. If any mismatches between the actual mileage and the data provided by the auction we are not taking any responsibility for that.
